A few years ago we met Waylon while looking at a property he listed. It didn't quite fit our long list of desires in a piece of land. We told him what we were looking for. Our list was pretty detailed. About a month later. He calls us and said, " you need to come see this property for sale right now! Today if possible." We made it out the following morning. He was right. He had found the perfect place for us. We made an offer before we even left the property. If we decide to sell, or upgrade to a larger piece, we'll definitely be calling Waylon again.
